Privacy policy

This policy explains what State Media LLC ("we") collects when you use state.media and what we do with it. It is written to be consistent with the policy published on GLPInfo.com. Draft for legal review before launch.

Who we are

State Media LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: hello@state.media.

What we collect

  • Enquiry forms. Your name, organisation, email address and the message you send, together with the page you sent it from. We use these to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals. It records page views, referrers, browser type and approximate country.
  • Spam protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived logs of requests for security and performance.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The only value stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, if you choose one, and it never leaves your device.

Why we are allowed to process your data

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond (steps taken at your request before a contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in running the business. Analytics and security processing rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our communications desk and acknowledged by email through Resend. The site is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.

International transfers

We are a US company with operations in the UK. Data may be processed in either country and by our providers under their own safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@state.media to exercise any of these rights.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date at the top.
